Because we hosted 16 people for the holidays, we needed to make up for gift exchanges and celebration with Todd's side of the family. Friday after Christmas we went to Todd's mom's where she had asked all the siblings to come for a gift exchange.
The highlight of this event was getting to meet my niece, Danielle, for the first time!

We ate and did our gift exchange with everyone. We also made ice cream "zip lock bag style" and used it in root beer floats from the extra jugs from when my family came.
Lainey was fascinated with how Grandma was putting the baby to sleep, swaying and bouncing from side to side. Lainey brought her doll up to her and was so sweet the way she copied her and was lovin' on her doll.
