Lainey and I felt pretty much the same about not having plans to go bye bye for Spring Break.
I had such an itch to go somewhere new and fun and maybe even warm. But we played it cool at home. The kids did a workout every day in the gym. And horsed around some too.
We met up with our friends, the Skeens and saw the new cartoon, "Mars Needs Moms."
I laughed, I cried. It was a good one.
We had Uncle Corey over for dinner one night.
Cousin Kya stayed the night one night.
We fed the ducks, geese and seagulls.
Hands in the air so the geese wouldn't bite their fingers!
We even witnessed a goose fight. Two went at it neck and neck and made an uproar of honking from their friends. They all seemed to honk, "Fight! Fight! Fight!"
We played at the park.
The first half the break was relaxing, the second half was spent partying for our annual holiday fest. All our b-days and anniversary crammed together! More on that later!

What a fun spring break! It is nice staying at home during breaks, but like you, I too like to go on trips. Great job on getting certified as a CrossFit trainer! That is great!
