Well, as I said before, our Spring Break had a little bit of a rain cloud over it. Literally, it did rain most of the time, which limited what we were able to do for the kids to enjoy it. We did a few cleaning projects and the man cave downstairs got more work done on it. Aside from a few gracious play date invites from friends, we did do a couple of funner things:
- We had a picnic at a park in Payette one non-rainy afternoon.
I was not still feeling myself that day but knew we just had to get out. Looking back, I'm wondering what degree of zombie I actually was because I thought I took a bunch of pictures of the kids at the park and this is the only one to be found on my camera! Strange...
- I also took the kids to see the new movie, "Mirror Mirror" at the theater.
I thought it was a cute show, but Ashton was neither impressed by the lack of "cartoon" or the girlie nature of the story. He kept asking when it was over and if we could go home! Sometimes he can be a little TOO boy :) Brielle loved it...
